Our communities having been marginalized in many ways, left behind if not forgotten. We offer educational opportunities, vocational training (like tailoring and computer skills), and a sponsorship program to support students’ education. Appreciating that this is the equalizing factor in many ways.
Building Skills, Transforming Live
Education is the key to unlocking a world of possibilities. Recognizing this, we’ve established schools in both urban Mathare and rural Butere, tailored to meet the unique challenges of each community. Since 2012, our schools have provided a safe and nurturing environment for hundreds of children, where they can grow academically, socially, and spiritually.
Mathare School Enrollment 2024:
- Boys: 77
- Girls: 119
Butere School Enrollment 2024:
- Boys: 44
- Girls: 48
Our educational programs are designed not just to teach, but to inspire—empowering students to dream big and achieve even bigger.
For many, access to formal education is just the beginning. Our vocational training programs take empowerment to the next level by providing practical, job-ready skills that open doors to employment and entrepreneurship.
**Tailoring Program**

– Duration: 6 months
– Average Enrollment: 60 students per class
**Computer Training**
– Established: 2022
– Duration: 8 months
– 12 comprehensive packages
– Average Enrollment: 7 students per class
These programs are designed with the needs of our communities in mind, ensuring that every participant leaves with the skills necessary to build a better life. Whether it’s tailoring garments or mastering computer applications, our graduates are well-equipped to step confidently into the workforce or start their own businesses.
Our sponsorship program, initiated in 2015, provides opportunities for students to pursue education beyond primary school. We support them through high school and tertiary education, empowering the next generation of leaders and professionals who will give back to their communities and beyond.
