Who We Are
We are the Centre of Hope and Transformation Ministries (COHAT), a faith-based organization committed, passionate and dedicated to bringing hope and transformation to urban and rural majority communities.
Our outreach programs include: Education, feeding prograns for children, medical camps, and humaniterian response efforts to provide immediate relief during emergencies. We empower communities through educational sponsorships, vocational training, entreprenueral trainings and programs that support youth, women, widows and orphans. By engaging youth in sports and community activities, we foster a sense of belonging and purpose. COHAT is committed to holistic ministry to ensure that holistic ministry is achieved leading to lasting change in the communities we serve.

- Compassion: Involves providing essential services such as feeding programs for children, medical camps, and support for widows and widowers.
- Empowerment: Offers educational opportunities, vocational training (like tailoring and computer skills), and a sponsorship program to support students’ education.
- Networking: Establishes partnerships with both local and international organizations to enhance the ministry’s reach and effectiveness.
- Development: Engages in infrastructure projects like building schools, community centers, and churches to support sustainable community growth.
